TLC Tours has a great box lunch program to make your job a snap. Just take
the lunch order from your group and call, fax or send it to us in one week
prior to your departure. When your coach arrives for pick up the lunch
will be on board and ready to eat.

This feature can easily be added to your groups package. Just ask your
sales representative for information. Group events are always a very exciting
and memorable journey for everyone involved. The experiences of learning,
friendship and pure fun of these outings are lasting moments that people
carry with them for a lifetime. We are here to help you preserve those
memories and share them with others. PhotoVision makes videos from pictures
taken by members of your group. We produce videos for school field trips,
senior tours, summer camps, church mission trips, and corporate incentive
groups.

PhotoVision makes
videos from pictures taken by members
of your group. We produce videos
for school field trips, senior
tours, summer camps, church mission
trips, and corporate incentive

We provide
a memory card or quality, single-use digital cameras
with a flash. (1 Per 10 Passengers)
Cameras are passed around to everyone
to take pictures of each other
and the experience they are all
enjoying together.

When
the group returns home, the memory card or cameras
are sent to us for processing in
a postage prepaid box that we provide.

|
 |
The
pictures are then posted on a website.
We review each photo taken, and
select the best photos to be used
in the video. |

A
video is made with special
effects and appropriate instrumental
music. We add a custom opening
title of your choosing at the beginning
of the video, and we'll add up
to three (3) custom closing titles
at the end. |

About
three three weeks after we receive
your memory card or cameras, your videos will
be sent back in either VHS or DVD
to your designated group address
for distribution.
